La gymnastique rythmique est une discipline exclusivement féminine. Ce sport allie performance sportive et travail corporel étroitement lié à la danse. La GR est un sport où la manipulation d'engins fait appel à la grâce, l'expressivité et la créativité. La Gymnastique Rythmique est une discipline esthétique et envoûtante, privilégiant la chorégraphie, alliant charme, grâce, rythme, habileté gestuelle et mouvement. Son abréviation : G.R.S
